Welcome to Join A Challenge.

This thread will help you easily find and join the challenges you’re interested in. Below are links to each Challenge and the names of the moderators overseeing them. Whether you’re looking to stay consistent with Nofap or pick up new productive habits, there’s a challenge for everyone!

How to Join:

  • Click the link to the challenge you’re interested in.
  • Write something like I am interested in joining this challenge
  • The moderator(s) will be listed for each challenge, so you know who to contact with questions or guidance.
  • You can also see the challenge’s status if entries are open or closed, or when the challenge started.
  • Feel free to join as many challenges as you like, based on your preferences and ability.

This digital detox is an opportunity to recharge by soothing your nervous system, reducing stress, and fostering genuine connections. Whether you decide to limit your screen time or disconnect completely, this challenge offers a chance to redirect energy toward a more fulfilling, intentional life—and to address any other addictions like PMO that are holding you back.

As the name “Rewire Companion” suggests, rewiring isn’t about just one habit; it’s about reclaiming control over our lives to improve our well-being. Hi, i am joining this challenge, just the before night I relapsed noticed phone is the main problem for me.

But there’s one problem, what should i do with the free time and you got thing something interesting then how should I schedule the timings for the thing I found.

Agreed. Excessive phone usage, especially on non-essential apps like social media, can be a trigger. The dopamine rush from these apps can spark a desire for more intense pleasure-seeking behaviors such as this addiction to PMO.

There are countless ways to spend your free time meaningfully. You could study, meditate, exercise, play an instrument, draw, listen to music, read a book, journal your thoughts, take a walk outside, and so much more.

This forum is a fantastic resource for tracking your habits. Many members start a Journal by creating a new thread to share their thoughts and experiences, receiving encouragement along the way. The community here is supportive, offering valuable advice to help you on your journey.

Consider creating a habit list where you record your main daily habits and check them off—:white_check_mark: for completed and :x: for missed. This simple approach is popular among members and an effective way to stay consistent with routines.

For managing phone usage, as I mentioned earlier, you’ll find some helpful app recommendations in the challenge to keep screen time under control.

Most importantly, remember there’s so much more you can do than reach for your phone. Life can be a lot more fun and fulfilling without constant distractions and it will make you happy.
