This challenge is designed to help you break free from unhealthy habits and take control of your life. Over the next 21 days, you will focus on improving your mindset, habits, and digital consumption, specifically around eliminating negative and destructive behaviors. The consequences of failure will make sure youโre held accountable for your actions.
Major focus will be on controlling your digital habits and breaking free from unhealthy cycles.
Your Commitments:
- No Pornography (PMO): Abstain from all forms of pornography, including videos, images, literature, discussions, chats, or even thoughts. This extends to Masturbation and Orgasm (PMO).
- No Peeking: Avoid deliberately searching for any sexual, raunchy, or inappropriate content.
- No Negativities: Refrain from searching for or consuming any negative, biased, discriminatory, or toxic content. This includes things like racial biases, your insecurities, sexist or racist stereotypes, anti-religious sentiments, and anti-national rhetoric.
Consequences of Failing
If you fail at any point during the challenge, there are real-world consequences to reinforce your commitment. Each failure results in a punishment meant to bring you back on track.

Important Notes:

You are not eliminated from the challenge if you fail. You simply face the consequences and restart.

After failing, your restart begins the next day. For example:
- If you fail on Day 1 but do not fail again, youโll complete 20 days.
- If you fail on Day 18, youโll only have 3 days left in your challenge.
Participation Guidelines
- Check-ins: Daily updates are encouraged, but weekly check-ins are also fine.
- If you fail, update immediately and share your chosen consequence with the group. Report back once you complete your punishment.
