- Mindfulness Meditation : Focus on your breathing and sensations while being aware of your thoughts and emotions.
- Mantra Meditation : Chant or listen to a mantra or word (e.g., βOmβ) to anchor your mind.

Challenge Rules:
- Meditate for 15 minutes daily β choose any type of meditation that feels right for you.
- Eat at least one meal mindfully β focus on the taste, texture, and sensation of the food.
- Focus on body sensations for 5 minutes β pay attention to how your body feels at different points throughout the day.
- Check in and keep us updated! Share your daily progress, how youβre feeling, or ask any questions.
- Optional (but recommended): Take a 10-minute mindful walk under sunlight. Focus on your surroundings and breathe deeply.
