@Binocular I slipped again after 4 days due the chaser affect please consider me out of this challenge. The highest streak I got thanks to this challenge were 42 days, it took me over a year to reach this type of progress thanks to your challenge. I will try my best next year on the forums

By the way, I noticed from your habits that you donβt have a good sleep routine cause you rarely tick waking up and sleeping early. So, if you want, there is a topic where you could check in once you wake up before 5:30 am:
Bro I wanna share my opinionβ¦ I think phase 1 was far better than phase 2 of this challenge. Primary focus of phase 1 was nofap, which in phase 2 became just some habits challengeβ¦
Hence this became a challenge where NoFap was no longer the focus, thus I was relapsing these many times. Actually lion mentality forced me not to slip, as I was having a streak here which came to my mind everytime I thought about slipping. When the focus was changed in phase 2, I no longer was attached to nofap streak, rather just some habits which were mostly routine habitsβ¦ Iβm just sharing my opinion pls donβt mind

Donβt worry brother cause itβs all in the head, donβt let procrastinating once makes you feel bad cause you might also procrastinate again and again in wich you make an endless sycle of anxiety and depression
Always remember to say that whenever you feel bad about yourself, donβt be like the man who kills himself because winter is too cold not knowing that spring is just around the corner
