@The_Rising_One why 4 times? If you continue fapping several times after long streaks you might come back to the small streaks zone.
It happened. Anyway I am not focusing too much on that. I made 6 bad decision. Now I am focusing on complimenting with good habits.
You do know very well that Masturbation effects your mood and and body so it will also effect your habits. Try to find balance between them instead of rejecting one of them.
I know that , But I believe getting up stronger after a failure is what matters the most. If you believe that this Fapping will never stop you from being Disciplined , then you can make a day successful even after a failure
I told you that because I experienced it. I was consistent on my habits for 1 month while fapping at the same time but then I felt completely empty and the benefits of my habits appear rarely and after a longer time then expected and I lost Consistency. No more 40 or 30 or 20 or even 10 good habits:

Bro , I am not supporting fapping by any means , I try to avoid as much as I can. But I always focus more on Discipline than No Fap.
I believe No fap doesnβt lead you to Discipline. Discipline lead you to No fap. I am neither focusing too much on my relapse nor about my streak. Lets end this topic for the time being. What works for you may not work for other. And thatβs what makes people unique.

Just my suggestion. Your first 3 habits have 10 points and remaining habits have 5 Points right. So I assume youβre first 3 habits are most important to you.
Just make sure even if day screw you up like anything, You will be able to complete those habits

Its one of the techniques given by my mom to maintain adequate ph in the hair. It involves massaging your hair for 5 minutes either with oil or shampoo depending upon the day.
Monday and Thursday - Nothing
Friday - Shampoo
Remaining days - Oil
You need not follow this strictly , if you find it hectic. Just follow the pattern in which you apply oil and shampoo on regular basis
