Just my suggestion. Your first 3 habits have 10 points and remaining habits have 5 Points right. So I assume you’re first 3 habits are most important to you.

Just make sure even if day screw you up like anything, You will be able to complete those habits

Oh Sorry, I forgot to reply.

Its one of the techniques given by my mom to maintain adequate ph in the hair. It involves massaging your hair for 5 minutes either with oil or shampoo depending upon the day.

Monday and Thursday - Nothing
Friday - Shampoo
Remaining days - Oil

You need not follow this strictly , if you find it hectic. Just follow the pattern in which you apply oil and shampoo on regular basis

Well its my ex - crush earlier. Before PMO , we were having healthy competitors and our friendship was going well. After PMO , I academics screwed up , So she started to treat me as trash.

After 12th , She got into NIT and I got into some random college in my state. These days I have no ways to contact her.

These days, I consider her as fictional character to challenge myself. So that if I am lucky enough to see her in my future. She will see me as the strongest version of myself.

Kind of dope ik but it was motivating initially

I don’t know if you know this but let me tell you one thing @The_Rising_One you’ve got an unlimited potential that makes you miraculous, you just have to believe in yourself and unleash the power within you.

I discovered something that nobody discovered yet and here’s my one advice for you:

Always stay happy :smile: nothing is bad unless if you make it bad even a stopped clock gives you the right time twice a day. Once you feel any negative emotion, it is then you might experience laziness or urges to Masturbate.

Never doubt the unbreakable spirit and it will make you unbreakable
