To be honest , I relapsed. That was the start of messed up situation. So failed in NNN technically . But still learnt a lot after that failure.
Lessons
I need to organise my habits more without decreasing action so I don’t waste too much time thinking about it.
Also planning to go to library frequently than studying at home and spending all my study time downstairs if I am at home.
Bathing in evening downstairs so that I don’t spend too much time in YT
Detoxing mobile till 7 AM so that I won’t be distracted early morning.
Setting Chrome and YouTube usage 5 minutes per hour instead of 10
Most importantly , getting up asap when things screw up
Also I forgot to add one thing , I should never sacrifice my sleep. That was the weeds of messed up lifestyle
Why I am writing this is because let this be a constant reminder to myself so that I won’t repeat these again
Failure is essential part of success, So bounce back buddy !!
