My Day in 5 Key Points

  • Was really a Productive day despite having a bad start. Woke up at 2 PM because of sacrificing sleep watching P.

  • Started Study Routine by watching lecture videos of CAM and made notes accordingly

  • Urges frequently hit but with if then willpower method, overcomed with ease.

  • My mom bit concerned about me waking late. So Planning to wake up early tomorrow.

  • Had a lot of Laddoos and Gulab Jamuns Today as Onam is approaching. So need to control it.

Lessons learnt

Try to wake up early. Planning to wake up at least 7.30 am tomorrow.

Naazni , You thought I lost because of a terrible start. This is not that old Risinglion who beats himself up for not being perfect. Tomorrow will be better day for me. Just wait and watch

Thank you brother. Majority of habits here can be completed within 5 minutes. Also there are things that happened that’s not according to my plan. I am just focusing on :white_check_mark:. To be honest, there are many :x:s too. But just focusing on positives.

Lessons learnt ( updated )

I am using RC too much these days. So I am setting a blocking system in such a way that I can use only 10 minutes for every hour each day.

I will be evaluating this during Morning, Afternoon, Evening and during night. Successful in every situation would be considered Productive Activity for me.

I noticed that with you these days I also recommend No phone 1 hour before sleeping to prepare your mind and body to sleep cause the screen produces blue light Wich damages your eyes at night and signals the brain Wich keeps you woke up or half awake while you’re sleeping.

I agree with you by every inch. But the fact is that , I don’t have any regular sleeping time. Every day is a different day , Every day is asking me a different version of me

Work loads are really erratic these days. Sometimes I can sleep at 10 PM , But Sometimes I have to be awake till 3 AM.

Also my majority of my study materials are in my phone. So its tough for me to keep it away.

Hopefully every erratic stuffs end at near to October. I am sure , then I can focus on my sleep schedule for sure.
