Idk I can’t even last 1 day and this has been for months not days. I exercise, eat healthy, take cold showers, practice my hobies, work, pray , do most of my daily goals or tasks and keep my stress under control, but I always manage to watch this shit and fap. I always manage to fool or excuse myself into it. I even hate po*rn; it’s a filthy and dark industry, but I’m addicted to orgasming and thus I find myself watching it again. I wonder if this journaling helps but I’ll try it.
Day 0 let’s see how things go. Hope I show some resistance today.

Okay, I’m glad this day is about to finish clean. Hell ya feels great to be in control of all of yourself. I hope I’d make it to day 8 it’ll be mind-changing to me cause I struggle with even 2 days, but I’ll try to be stronger from now on☠️

- Waking up early
–No PMO, not even peeking or imagining - Meditation for at least 15-30 minutes
- Reading at least 15-20 pages
- Praying and spiritual time
- Sleeping early
For now I can’t work out at all because I injured my left hand❌️
