Why it happened again
For 9 years i am a prisoner. To be honest I had little to no urges during my 5 previous clean days, the reason for my fall was a picture which i have encountered - in the last few mobths it happens mostly because of random photos and peeking. When the days are going down to zero life really goes more shitty.
I wanted to stay clean until the opening of 2021 - too far! too far! but i only partly âwantedâ and yet did a very poor job - I have understood that NoFap is not only about the days but about the work, without work it all looks dry and dullâŠyour days are growing and growing, itâs great but what is there to face or to change?..
when the work is done the days are just coming along with it, i can count them as an healthy length of time but with work they just consist as part of the life which i need to live and blah blah. I am addicted into this habit for already 9 yearsâŠit never was worth it and never will be.
In conclusion:
I am speaking too much, i have set goals which are too high for the moment, i have made very few actions - those are the steps into being a prisoner for another year, learn from my mistakes. All i did is just partly wanting and doing NOTHING - if any of you have any advice on how to get a burning passion in order to change my life you all are welcome to post a reply.
I have a couple of books in English, i will try REALLY TRY this time to read them - i am starting to read âThus Spake Zarathustraâ.
Blessed is the one who will stand today and the day which will come after - he who stand until the END, maybe even until 2021 - the new following year.

Woke up at 4:39 AMâ due to Mr. Mouse. Literally it was playing over my body.( Actually I am sleeping on floor for last 2 months) so changed the location.

Due to last night thunderstorm and heavy downpour many fields were inundated and soil eroded. Talked to some farmers during morning walk.

@anon80614957 Iâve been there, brother. Let me tell you, you are NOT a prisoner. Make the choice to stop the random searches and peeking. All it took was one peek to bring me back to hell from 250 days. Peeking and searching are horrible, stay away from them. When we keep our thoughts pure and put nothing sexual in front of our eyes, we are at our strongest.
Keep pushing towards those goals. Donât make them too difficult that it looks like a mountain you have to climb, or too easy that you donât feel challenged. Find the balance. But youâll want to be active and accomplishing something daily. As Sahas says, itâs not just No to PMO; itâs YES to LIFE! If all you do is quit watching pornography, the relapse is GUARANTEED. It may not be in a couple of days, it may take some more time depending on your willpower, but it is sure to happen if you are inactive.
When you get urges, donât be afraid of them. See them like a surge of energy in your body. If you do nothing, the energy will burst and attack you. So you have to get up and move so that the energy is burned up while youâre engaged in other activities. We always relapse while lying or sitting down. When we get up and move, we regain our power and the urges go away until another day. Get in the habit of moving each time they come.
