Hey guys! Glad to see the forum with new faces and I am willing to start again.

I have realized one thing that I am missing and that is clarity!
Its a lack of clarity that creates chaos and frustration.
It leads you to procrastination right away. The more clear you are for achieving an objective , the more focus you get.

Right after I wake up in the morning , I will be assigning myself a task to write down what I will do throughout the day.

It will be a matter of HOW and WHEN I will be doing things through out the day completing daily task. I will write down the tasks in a sheet of paper following the below template :slight_smile:
The template will be like this :

Today I will complete _____ by ______ time.
This is how I will solve _______ problem by ______.

And at last I will be rating my productivity here.One step at a time.

Smart plan, I find focusing on goals daily really helps me focus and acheive whatever it is, instead of just mindlessly going through the motions of daily routine. Hope it goes well :+1:

IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW SLOW YOU GO AS LONG AS YOU DON’T STOP

I relapsed on August and went back to fapping regularly. My confidence went away. Started getting weird reaction from girls while talking to them , feels like I was creeping them out.

I stopped going to gym since the lockdown started in early this year. Now i Have joined a gym nearby from exactly September 1. Going to gym , my fapping days decreased but it was still around 3-4 times a week. But I kept my diet up and started lifting more weights. I can feel my testosterones rising up but i need more. So last week I decided to go full hard mode.

Its scientifically proven that nofap gives you a testosterone boost up to 147% in the first week itself.

So here’s the goal - 100 Days hardmode

I realized if I start from September 20 I will be on 100 days streak by the end of the year… and can start a fresh new year.

I exactly did the same strategy last year and was able to go beyond 90 days. By telling myself to stay clean till the end of the year, I don’t know what it is with numbers and days…its just keeps me going.

Lets go DAY 2 done
Went to gym, did upper body workout, but i fucked up my protein intake today. I consumed more than usual carbs today.
My phone stopped working again after a “slip and hit” incident. Gonna use this opportunity to take a break from smartphone for a while. Will be using the laptop for this forum only .
Couldn’t achieve my daily goal today, half of the day went on fixing the phone (which i failed miserably)

Day 3
Today I was able to complete my task in time and even had some extra time to cook dinner for the family. My brain was begging me to listen to some music, open up social medias. so I just let myself enjoy some music on a loud speaker. Music is one of main reason for my procrastination, I always waste 4-5 hours just listening to music. Today was a bit tough but it was a complete day without my phone.
The only thing that I notice today was time was slow. I had plenty of time to do anything. NOT BAD !!

Day 15
I am enjoying conversation more and more. Today I was able to maintain eye contact with a beautiful girl that my friend introduced to me for the first time. Since it was a bit crowded (we had our masked on , only her beautiful eyes were there and we were very close) and I felt confident . We hanged out for like an hour .

I Have to admit on the first week I did looked into some triggering stuffs and kept looking. Then I controlled myself and didn’t edged and ejaculate. No nightfall experienced till now.

I relapsed. I couldn’t hold it. It was a constant thought about a girl that I like. And it’s definitely lust not love. To control my urges I decided to just tap it out of frustration. I didn’t see any porn stuff. Feeling stupid.
Well tomorrow is an another day , another opportunity. Let’s keep going :hugs:

Today’s affirmation : I am going to stop chasing girls from today. Even if they give a slight hint, I will not react whatsoever. The more I chase , the further they go away.

In this year alone I faced more than 5 rejections. The more rejected I get the more self confidence I loose. Plus I haven’t been able to focus on my career. It’s high time now.

DAY 2 completed
Clean day. Not even a single peek .

I am taking no nut November very seriously… also no shave November as well… it’s going to be fun. This time is different. I am fully committed now. I have been lazy and wasn’t taking it seriously in the past few days that’s why I was slipping again and again.

I will be implying every knowledge that I have gained from this forum. Time to put the suit on and get some work done.

Another clean successful day.
Today’s screen time on phone was 11 hours. Its usually YouTube music and gaming.
My goal by the end of the November is to reduce this time to one hour.

Yesterday I was able to reduce phone usage by 3 hours . And did some productive work.
