Bro, how to skip a habit, for example I donโt workout on a sunday cause itโs an off day for me?
I dont consider myself as an over acheiver here. I have a lot of things to improve. But I can relate to you. Only thing I have to say is to start small as possible. If you look at the earlier posts of this challenge , I started with a single habit. I believe in the process and slowly things started to get better.
But still there will be times we screw , Today was a screwed up day for me. But I make sure I dont give up.
You can set it as a provision if you want to , In those cases you will not lose streak on that day
I see but can you be more lenient with the suggestions?

Anyway, what I want from you is a few more advices other than: starting small.
@vincitquisevincit 1 thing I always try to follow is the Minimum Productivity Rule. Say for eg you want to Workout 1 hour everyday. Assume that unfortunately u are unable to meet your goal due to other priorities or laziness etc.
Minimum productivity rule says that set a baseline criteria for your habit as simple as possible but always try to acheive it no matter what. For eg , If your goal is 1 hour workout set a baseline of 10 minutes which is techincally easy but u should do it no matter what.
This is 1 of those principles I follow on a general basis.
Today I was pissed off at myself not because I screwed up but I was unable to follow that rule today. Sometimes things sucks , But keep fighting. For me , Discipline is the only hope these days.
