I realized no electronic gadgets is really tough for me. I know its possible but I planning to start one step at a time.

Considering Binocular and Nerbo advice , I am planning as follows

  1. Working Days - I generally have no problem during weekdays but still to prevent risk of being unproductive , I am setting a task of No e - gadgets when alone.

  2. Holidays - Its these days I screw up the most . So I am planning to update on a hourly basis so that I can come back on track asap.
