Bruh I canโ€™t believe this and I mean literally I canโ€™t. Thatโ€™s just not possible, and he did pullups for the first time.
If I push myself like this even for one day I wonโ€™t be able to move properly for a week atleast.

Itโ€™s true that Pullups are hard but donโ€™t forget that they are not just 100 on 1 row, even Saitama will struggle to do them in a row :joy:

Here is how I do:
5 / 10 / 5 / 10 / etc in 24 hours Iโ€™m sure it wonโ€™t be Impossible.

Total = 15 minutes

Oh damn ok :joy:. So 15 minutee distributed over entire day with breaks in between. Now I get it, I was so damn confused otherwise.

Day 15

very sore, I remembered Id do legs though (legs not sore, right?) at 8PM ;(, Im in a phone call tired, thinking fuuuuuuuuu

so result of day 14: 220 Squats

Tomorrow I will start work on a video and revive my old channel to make edits like the โ€œembrace masculinity, reject weaknessโ€ types, I want to motivate people

I ll get up at 5:00am and start working on it, good night!

Day 16

Longjump and sprinting today (I thought I wanted to do back? :thinking:) and then 35 dips

(all numbers are not extreme, I judge them by comparing to school grades for 18 year olds, I would score a โ€œDโ€ on longjump and sprinting but this is okay because this is where Im starting and if I do this in 2 days I ll be much better, I should definitely incorporate sprinting in my routine)
