This was my โPullup barโ, more like pullup square that I did the rest 220 pullups on (other 90 earlier in the morning)
It hurt extremely, I was sore from the attempt yesterday, at 150 Pullups it was very uncomfortable, I started listening to arnold schwarzenegger talk about success and a winner mentalityโฆ I did it man, I did it.

I was in a similar situation when I was doing those 500 pushup and 100 pull up.
