Tomorrow I will do 100 pullups again and 500 back extensions or I will find a way to add weight to them and do 100 weighted back extensions along with the pullups
I will update here tomorrow, not looking for extreme challenges now as I am having exams these days so I have to conserve energy and time.
But at the same time, I should exercise everyday to keep myself energetic and motivated.
But I will look into extreme challenges after 26 September.

Sorry brother but things might not turn out the way itโs supposed to. Too much homework, too much studying, too much school time.
For an example today, I studied from the moment I woke up till now and Iโm gonna sleep now.
Itโs not that I want to but I got school from 8 a m till 5 p.m and imagine every teacher gives you homework that you must do the moment you come back till you sleep late why late? Too much homework . So i canโt exercice in the early morning to not get sweaty before school and also to get enough sleep.
Iโm sorry but I hope you understand.
By the way, itโs not only me, I mean have you seen @Sholt_Tenkerrot or @The_integrous_one or even @anon87955785 lately? Work has got us buddy and I really hope you understand .
I dont believe that you work on homework 7 hours a day.
Youve got 24h, you sleep 9 because youre a kid, you still have 15, one hour removed just to make it more realistic so really 14 hours for school and everything else. Lets say you have 8 hours of school and a break included (more is definitely not the case) that leaves you with 7 hours. I dont believe its impossible to do one workout among those 7 hours, even if you had scraped your 8 line text you just wrote to me containing 112 words would take you nearly 4 minutes at 30 words per minute (the typing speed average for your age) in which you could have definitely done 100 pushups or some other extreme exercise which would have lasted for the whole day.

By the way I wrote that before 5 minutes of sleep. Before sleeping you say I must exercice ? But itโs not really healthy for some reasons anyway Iโm looking forward to come back. But I also do some stretching exercises once I wake up.
