I avoid it, but my sisters get some junk for me even i told them not to bring for me :smiling_face_with_tear:(dw i eat it once every 10-12 days).

Streching
100 Push Ups
Forearm workout (100 ร— 40kg Handgrip)
Strength training (Curls ร— 30 ) - 2 sets
Skipping Rope (practicing to skip rope first lol)
Cardio - Jump Stretch Push Up ร— 10
Head stand meditation 10 minutes.

(note : This is just a trial session as I am confused if I should focus on work first or consider my physical health too)
