Tell your sibling to lock the app by setting a password on the app. Very effective but needs courage from your side. khud ko kehna padega password lagado otherwise nhi hoga.

One more good news (sarcasm) for me. One more Nightfall. This was 5th in the span of 21 Days :skull:. Same mistake occurring again and again and again i.e. Sleeping Downwards :man_facepalming:t2:. Actually Sleeping Downwards is my default Sleeping position and knowingly or unknowingly I go to that position during Sleep.
I am currently going through my worst time in this year (2023) till now. My brain is blank now. I m hell struggling to understand my position and not able to understand from where should I start.
Life is Fu*king me from every possible point :expressionless:

This surely works . I did it and I felt less attracted to phone .

I have tried it once. It works tremendously but problem is whenever I need to change phone color to default it becomes a hassle to change it bcz color change option is present in very deep settings (maybe in developer option) and in the time of emergency it becomes hectic.
But no doubt black and white color reduces your phone usage.

Same reason why I didnโ€™t use it longer. But it helps in starting โ€ฆyou can use for some time and close when u doesnโ€™t need it anymore.
