I Relapsed yesterday. Whole day wasted in Procrastination and relapse Hangover.
Woke up late in morning and started watching match (Ind vs Aus and Eng vs Nz). Then had breakfast and oiled my hairs. Played games and roamed around my house.
Took bath at around 9 pm and had dinner. After that watched Ben 10 and wasted time .
Anyway I m all charged up for tomorrow’s battle. Will do my best tomorrow and onwards.

Woke up little late today. Did yoga and some exercise. Then freshened up and had breakfast. Made some plans and set table. In the evening I had to go to neighborhood with my mother bcz of some marriage formality. I left her there and went back after few minutes. I took out my bike today almost after 1 month bcz of one of my friend who arrived in the evening. We roamed on roads for some distance and then I came back. Had dinner and using youtube since then . Not studied much today.

Boring day with very less productivity. All day spent at home. Going good in retention but I can’t forget my motivation and strength for this. More tough days are coming and I m ready for them bcz I have one thing in my mind that is --:

I just woke up and I saw most irritating thing i.e. Semen on my inners. Yeah I just had a Nightfall . And I think it’s my fault bcz I slept upside down which is one of the major reason for Nightfalls to me. Now I m feeling so much guilty bcz I had Nightfalls many times just bcz of sleeping upside down. I slept in this position bcz I was not feeling sleepy. Feeling so much drained out and bad
I also do oiling two times a week but I am always confuse about washing. Should I wash hairs daily ? 2-3 times a week shampoo and Rest days just with water?
Bhai agar hair oiling kar rahe ho toh ussi din baal dho shampoo jis din hair oil kara hai. Baaki din just normal water. Daily shampoo natural oil kheench lega.
Yep I do that , Just wanted to know if we should wash them with plain water all days other than shampoo days too.
waise dahi bhi boht accha hota hai baalon ke liye you can mix it with oil and apply it in your hair, let it stay for some time then wash it by shampoo.
I only wash my hairs with shampoo 2-3 times per week. And rest days i don’t wash my hairs not even with plain water. But you can wash hairs with plain water on non-shampooing days.

One more Nightfall . 2 Nightfalls in 2 days. Wtf is going on with me and what I m doing with myself. Both Nightfalls was my fault. In both Nightfalls I slept upside down and in today’s Nightfall I opened my insta id at night and watched some erotic pics there and now everything is messed up
. Feeling angry and sad at the same time.
Maybe I’ll reset my counter (although I didn’t relapse but watched some pics on insta and now Nightfall happened). I have completed 4+ days on NoFap but i m feeling like I should reset my counter. Let’s see what I’ll do.
Going to eat something and then I’ll study. I didn’t follow Yoga and Exercise from last 2 days bcz of Nightfalls. I usually don’t feel like doing anything physical after Nightfall or Relapse. So no yoga and exercise for yesterday and today. I’ll try to resume them from tomorrow onwards.
1 week left in February and I can’t let it go without doing productive stuff. So I’ll try my best to make this last week most productive than whole February .

Bro maybe you’re edging too much during the day. Excessive edging caused nightfalls in my case.
I don’t think sleeping a certain way has significant impact on whether you have a nightfall. I believe you should be able to sleep in whichever way you find comfortable. Focus on spending the day doing stuff that matters instead of edging or thinking about combating PMO.
Can you explain me what edging means ?
In my case sleeping position matters. When I sleep in upright position Nightfall becomes negligible but when I sleep upside down there is 70-80% chances of Nightfall.
Edging is when you masturbate but do not ejaculate and it’s just worse than masturbation.
I am pretty sure he is following No PMO properly.
