first donβt think about 2 hr or more just think about 15mint deep work in the initial days .
only 15 mints then make it to 1hr.
in this time focus will be at extreme level. Even you should not leave the place to drink water. So keep your notes and all things on the table .
start the timer and do the work.
once you completed your work suddenly leave the place
and the last is more important thing give some dopamine to brain . It will feel good and waste some time so that it will be happy.
Itβs my experience I donβt get from any books.if we do a long work after that we should give the dopamine and happiness to relax.
