Bro I don’t think about sleep or any adjustments in sleep schedule if I woke up at 5 am then it’s okay,but 6hrs of sleep is enough for me but I don’t believe in afternoon nap or anything like that .In YouTube you will find a lot of videos on nap or taking rest in the afternoon etc etc…
For me I only want to exercise my body for whole day and in the night I take deep sleep without any tension.
So i also make a point on work in afternoon in the number 17.

  • Feelin grateful for progress, regrettin some big mistakes.
  • Don’t feel like it wuz wasted. I tried pretty hard TBH, struggled a lot.
