If I may ask, why are you striving for six hours of sleep? Is that what you find works best for you, or do your ambitions outweigh your sleep when it comes to priority? Just curious, not judging at all (:
Bro I donβt think about sleep or any adjustments in sleep schedule if I woke up at 5 am then itβs okay,but 6hrs of sleep is enough for me but I donβt believe in afternoon nap or anything like that .In YouTube you will find a lot of videos on nap or taking rest in the afternoon etc etcβ¦
For me I only want to exercise my body for whole day and in the night I take deep sleep without any tension.
So i also make a point on work in afternoon in the number 17.
