I like your checklist, fam. Might need to snag me some of those ideas. A couple of apps that are helping me lately are Habit Hub (for listing habits, getting reminders, checking them off) and OneSec (for blocking apps or slowing you down and making you breathe, then asking if you really want to look at that app before opening it). That little delay causes me sometimes to reconsider and decide itβs not worth it, isnβt it? Rock on bruv.
I mean I wonβt do any unnecessary things which gives more happiness like watching tv or any show or traveling with friends in the morning time .if i do this then the whole day will waste.
So in the morning time I wonβt focus on unnecessary things which drains energy .i ignore them strictly.
@prince_king No bro itβs just a reminder that till 12 pm or 1 pm I wonβt do anything which will waste the whole day.
So i do the deep work in the morning.once i controlled the morning then itβs easy to complete the whole day.
