In one of your early posts you have a list of the 8 Agnas of Brahmacharya. All of this material is new to me but I was especially interested in #4. Kirtan - praising someoneβs qualities to your friends. I hadnβt considered before that saying good things about someone you have desire for is a variety of lust. Thank you for bringing that to my attention as something to work on.
