I am visualising what I want in future. I think I have all of this now in my life.its happening.you can see YouTube videos.
I just remind me one gratitude to God that I have a good memory and good health .I am thankful to this universe.
For hair care it’s remind me to put oil on hair. I do this once in a 2 to 3 days.
