Yes bro @TheRewireUser you are very disciplined and can do it as often as you want. I will always be there as back up.
First five days are always the hardest due to chaser effect bro. Don’t look at your days counter till after 5 days. By any method somehow beat 5 days and it should become a little easier.

Weekly ones. You can, however, reflect how ever often you want.
Preferably every Sunday is the reflection time.
You can keep a disciple of a particular time every Sunday even.

- Success. Stopped watching laptop movies after 9 pm.
- Failure. Had to stay up late in the week. 2 days it was valid but the other times it was laziness. This is inexcusable. I will not fail this week.

Thoughts about the week:
Yes it was not a bad week. But not a good one. I wasted alot of time reading novels. I will not read any novels this week till Wednesday. And I will work on forcing myself to be productive. Because otherwise I am just plain lazy.
Weekly goals
- Ash_Matt- this week I will be close to day 50 of NoFap so I better start acting like it by being productive.
A. Sleep by 11 and wake up by 5. This time. This time for sure. No excuses.
B. Practice Grade Piano for 15 mins daily.
This week I will recover. This week I will challenge the alpha!!!
Week 1 goals Baby Steps
No fap goal -> As I have relapsed day before yesterday, chaser effect will be stronger, so conquer it and overcome it
Mental goal -> Meditate atleast once per day
Physically goal -> Go to gym 5 days a week
Work life goal -> Learn something new in my domain, whatever it may be.
