Sorry guys @adulrakha @nofapstar123 @Mahesh27_03 @Einzelganger @anon14496424 @TheRewireUser @Robot29 I wasn’t very active if the forum of late.
I lacked the discipline to stick to my commitment. But I won’t give in. I’m probably experiencing the habit slump, but after this, its improvement. So I’m considering that this was a break and now coming back with renwed vigour.
Mistakes:
Procrastinating and unbalanced dopamine giving to my brain. By that I mean giving my brain dopamine by reading and watching movies instead of studying and working out.
Improvements:

  1. From now on weekdays I will wake up at 4.30 or 5 am. No excuses.
  2. No watching any entertainment after 9 pm.

I will stick to this.
This will be week one of my said challenge.
You guys can also challenge yourselves to make a long needed change you feel to improve and next Sunday we can reflect on how we fared this week.

Thanks guys for your support   it means a lot.
But this is not only my battle to be the man I want to become. Its yours too.
So I was wondering, if I make an editable post where we could all write down what we wanted to do per week, would you go with it?

Ok then I’ll create it and can you guys join in?

This week is a week to change. I will stick to my commitments. I am a beast and won’t give in. I will listen to my gut and not my brain. This week I will:

  1. Ash_Matt
    A. Not watch the computer after 9.30
    B. Get up by 5 all weekdays

I’m on my first week after the relapse. This time I’m solely focusing on building strong habits that will be the pillar of support for my streak. And the first week is most important if I want to make my habits stick.

  1. Einzelganger
    A. Study 4 hours every day, (no excuses :rage:)
    B. Maintain strict sleep routine, [to bed before 10]
    C. Wake up at 5
    D. Exercise and meditate every single day

  2. Adul
    A. Study at least 7 hours a day.
    B. Sleep at 11 PM
    C. Wake up before 8 AM
    D. No 9gag or any procrastination

  3. Nofapstar
    A. Study at least 5:30 hours a day
    B. Stay away from any kind of triggers
    C. Morning walk and pranayam

  4. Mahesh
    A. Sleep at 10 and Wake before 5:30 (Strict)
    B. Study at least 4 hours.
    C. Meditate and Pranayam daily.
    D. Talk less and Focus on Work.

Slept at 1AM.
Very bad idea.
Morning procrastination at its peak.
Sorry, my commitment of waking up before 8 was a failure😟

Its ok brother @adulrakha
Thank you for posting
I was wondering, should we tone this down to reflection weekly and weekly changes? It means we will have to think more, about our entire week…
Come back strong bro!
