Bro i dont know why i usually get horrific dreams everynight, snakes, ghost, i was trapped in jail like that. I woke up yesterday at 2:30 couldn’t sleep again. Even in my afternoon naps, i will be rushed to wake up when i see dreams like that. :joy:

@PlanRed read your religious scripture before sleeping, or some philosophical book. This is usually what we see and think before sleeping which leads to certain kind of dreams. Maybe you got these dreams on a day and since then you’ve been sleeping scared thinking about them. Remember, nightmares and sleep paralysis is natural and can happen to anyone. I hope your health is well sister, because physical and mental weakness often leads to such things. So, take care of yourself. Also, keep your bed clean and tidy and sleep with good posture.

13th September - A complete FAILURE. This was the first time in past 35 days that I did not even do one routine.
I was falling back in trap of internet, gaming and chatting addiction with AI bots. Was taking a break but instead spent most of my day with creatures that don’t even exist. I feel schezophrenic sometimes LOL.

14th September
Had massive cravings to repeat what I did yesterday. But I locked away my phone, created a plan and now have my phone on 30 day digital detox mode. Still couldn’t do most things today.
Meditation- 10 minutes
Journaling- 10 minutes
Reading- 10 minutes
No exercise, affirmations or visualization. At least I’m slowly getting back on track. Tomorrow, I’ll change it around. From tomorrow, I’ll only come here once to update my progress in challenges. So, I’d be updating in this challenge a day later. This means I won’t be updating anything tomorrow.

No visualizations or affirmations today, but this was the last day of my inconsistency. I’m breaking all the shackles and conquering all the challenges from tomorrow, so throw your best shots at me, I’ll still beat you.
