Welcome in brother. I know you will succeed. Do not stress it if its difficult in the begining or if you can’t do everything for the desired time limit. Just do everything everyday and try to improve. You’re not competing against anyone else, but yourself, your biggest enemies in the form of weakness, procrastination and laziness. You will succeed brother.

Silence: I meditated 30 minutes today while looking outside an closing my eyes sometimes. I felt more concentrated all day afterwards.
Affirmations / Visualization: 10 minutes. I told myself “I will” do a certain task for 5 minutes. Technically did that for every task I was supposed to do.
Exercise: 30 minutes bicycle and ran for 30 minutes straight. 1 hour in total.
Reading: Didn’t read today. But I might do before sleeping.
Journalling: Will do before sleeping.

Hey Imaginator, giving rest to your muscles is very important. That is why we should target different muscle groups each day, and should keep an interval of atleast 48-72 hours before training the same muscle group.
Also, did you start running straight away or have you been walking and running for as long previously? Progression is very important. If you’re a newbie to running, don’t do it everyday. Your leg muscles especially your calves are not strong enough to bear that sort of strain right now. So take a break, make proper schedule and aim for 5-15 mins of running twice or thrice a week. Focus on strengthening your muscles first. It’ll become much better after a couple of months. So be patient, and enjoy the process.
And fon’t forget to do the remaining 5 S. A. V. E. R. S. while you are on break.

I want to join this challenge. Can u explain the A, V and S briefly. @PrDr

Yes.

S is abbreviation for Silence. What it means here is an activity that calms your mind, brings you mental peace and helps you stay in the present. Meditation is one of the best ways. But many people also choose praying instead as they find it more effective for themselves.

A is for affirmations. Its simply writing, reading aloud, speaking, thinking and believing the goodness in you, the positivity that resides in you. Like one line that everyone can copy from me here, "I am the creator of my destiny. I deserve to be successful, and I’m willing to do everything today to reach my goals and live the life of my dreams. " You can also take the help of youtube videos or online sources.

V is for visualizations. Simply it means that you visualize yourself becoming successful everyday, overcoming your challenges, achieving your goals and living it. Again you can take the help of online tools if you find it tough in the begining.

And don’t stresa it. Just because me or others are doing it for more time does not mean you have to compete against anyone. This challenge is against yourself. So, you can choose a shorter version that fits your needs and current levels. But do keep improving. I’ll be keeping an eye on your progress.

Failed at doing 2 mental exervises today. No affirmations and no visualization. I got to wake up early or I am going to be bothered by family, then maid etc during my morning miracle time everyday.

Meditation- 10 mins
Affirmations-0 mins
Visualization- 0 mins
Reading- 20 mins
Journalling- 20 mins
Exercise- 45 mins (leg and lower body+ 12 mins Running)

I’ll definitely improve tomorrow. I will wake up atleast 30 mins earlier and complete all the tasks. I’m a champion, the creator of my destiny and the conqueror of my dreams. And I believe in myself. So, I am living like a champion and doing my best to win everyday. Thats all that I can do. God Bless Me.
