Watched some Red-pill show last night, which could be watched in daytime, need to remove this kind of behavior which happens occasionally, and robs few hours of my sleep hours.
Remember, nothing is more important than your sleep
Alternative for it: Fix a time in daylight to do those stuffs and dedicate that time only for it, and give undivided attention to the significance of sleep and be determined to give urself the sleep ur body deserves…
