Woke up, felt drousy, slept again. It’s all because of irregular bed time, need to work on it.

We have to be consistent. Not being disciplined is the number one reason for Relapse in nofap.
We behave in an undisciplined way one day and the next day we’ll be disciplined. Then we’ll repeat this. And the tension will increase within us. Each time we are spending time in an idle way is equal to putting bricks for a relapse.
My experience in this many years have proved that, discipline is the no 1 wall against Relapse.
We have to be real serious about this brothers.

Atleast I am waking up before 9 am , will improve slowly.

Last Night went to a party was tired so was unable to wake up early !
