Many people in the Year 2020 have benefited from this challenge, accomplishing this habit is one the greatest achievement in itself for an individual.
Waking Up early is one of the most common trend if you look at the list of successful people.
They always start their day waking up early.
WAKE UP AT 5/4 AND GET THE THINGS DONE EARLIER IN THE MORNING.
This act will change your lifestyle drastically, ask yourself when you woke up early and begin working towards your dream don’t you feel good, have you ever experienced the sense of satisfaction that I did this amount of work. It’s hard ladies and gentlemen, Often your mind trick you and you ask yourself that Working doesn’t feel good, i.e. It doesn’t give you dopamine.
You are wrong my friend, The feeling of satisfaction you get when you accomplish your work, is far more better than any dopamine kick.
Billionaires and Great men like, Bill Gates, David Goggins, Tim cook (Ceo of apple) etc. Google the name of any billionaire and You will find waking up early in the morning is the first war they Win.

Also If You think by being in your comfort zone, You are safe and You won’t get behind. You are wrong my friend. You are getting behind from everyone who are working Like hell, throughout the day.
So, I challenge you to wake up every single day of the year 2021, and report it here.
Even if you fail in the start there will be some obstacles in the start, but when you move forward in life by working you get stronger and you don’t feel all those obstacles but they are still present there, It’s Just You have grown Stronger.
A GUIDE TO WAKE UP EARLY.
Even if we decide for most of us this might be the case, But don’t worry here are the two steps which will help you to come out of bed,
In order to wake up early the most important thing is to go to bed early, to wake up early in the morning, You have to sleep early we need enough sleep to wake up at 4/5 am. For most of us we lay down in bed and when we get bored because we are unable to sleep, We start using our phone, which also becomes the reason for relapse. Also, the blue light doesn’t let us sleep.I would recommend to keep a book by your side switch off the phone. And sleep while reading.
Use of “Alarmy” app, for waking up early this app has helped me a lot. This app uses bar-code to end the alarm and it’s perfectly safe. So, this alarm will not stop unless you will scan the bar-code. I have scanned the bar-code of my book and keep it far way from me when I wake up I switch off the tune it gives me 60 sec to scan bar-code. And then I wash my face.
