Waking Up early is one of the most common trend if you look at the list of successful people.
They always start their day waking up early.

WAKE UP AT 5/4 AND GET THE THINGS DONE EARLIER IN THE MORNING.

This act will change your lifestyle drastically, ask yourself when you woke up early and begin working towards your dream don’t you feel good, have you ever experienced the sense of satisfaction that I did this amount of work. It’s hard ladies and gentlemen, Often your mind trick you and you ask yourself that Working doesn’t feel good, i.e. It doesn’t give you dopamine.
You are wrong my friend, The feeling of satisfaction you get when you accomplish your work, is far more better than any dopamine kick.
Billionaires and Great men like, Bill Gates, David Goggins, Tim cook (Ceo of apple) etc. Google the name of any billionaire and You will find waking up early in the morning is the first war they Win.
As we all know,

COMFORT BREEDS MEDIOCRITY

AND

DISCOMFORT BREEDS GREATNESS

Those who work to become one percent better everyday they are the ones who are going to accomplish there goals throughout the Year. Also If You think by being in your comfort zone, You are safe and You won’t get behind. You are wrong my friend. You are getting behind from everyone who are working Like hell, throughout the day.
So, I challenge you to wake up every single day of the year 2021, and report it here.

Even if you fail in the start there will be some obstacles in the start, but when you move forward in life by working you get stronger and you don’t feel all those obstacles but they are still present there, It’s Just You have grown Stronger.

A GUIDE TO WAKE UP EARLY.


Even if we decide for most of us this :point_up_2: might be the case, But don’t worry here are the two steps which will help you to come out of bed,

  1. In order to wake up early the most important thing is to go to bed early, to wake up early in the morning, You have to sleep early we need enough sleep to wake up at 4/5 am. For most of us we lay down in bed and when we get bored because we are unable to sleep, We start using our phone, which also becomes the reason for relapse. Also, the blue light doesn’t let us sleep.I would recommend to keep a book by your side switch off the phone. And sleep while reading.

  2. Use of “Alarmy” app, for waking up early this app has helped me a lot. This app uses bar-code to end the alarm and it’s perfectly safe. So, this alarm will not stop unless you will scan the bar-code. I have scanned the bar-code of my book and keep it far way from me when I wake up I switch off the tune it gives me 60 sec to scan bar-code. And then I wash my face.

  2. Everyday You wake up, You must post the timing of your sleep.
    For example:

    And If you don’t put a :x: in front of it and update.
  3. Every Month their will be winners announced in this challenge. The one who wakes Up every single day of the month will be the KING :crown:
    And the winner by,

  4. This challenge is all about reaching the top 1%, So, we will follow the winners and take their formula to become the 1%.

Bro, I woke up at 4:42 am this morning, but problem is that I might not be able to come here regularly. Sometimes, I may even disappear completely for few days, thats why I’m refraining from taking part in any more challenges.

You can just update the scoreboard within a week brother. And Just remember the days on which you woke up on time or just write it somewhere.

@rewire_user brother I sleep for 8 hours almost everday and currently my waking up time is around 9am and sleeping time is around 1 am, still I am able to do pretty good in studies😅. I think it would take a toll on my body if I shift my routine drastically to early morning because I have been on this routine for a long time now.

Sorry bro my motive is not to demotivate you guys😅, I know waking up early is good for healthand productivity but my exam is just in 1.5 months, I can’t risk shifting my schedule now a days😅
