Hi bro, I’d like to join this challenge but I want to have a gradual approach. I intend to start waking up at 6:30am tomorrow morning and shift by 15 mins earlier per week just as @rohankians suggests. And considering my current situation, my current goal is to wake up at 5:30am. Is it sill OK to join the challenge?

I have entered my name on the scoreboard, I’m starting from tomorrow. I nowadays sleep around 1am and wake up at 9:45 am. Now I intend to wake up at sharp 5. Will this sudden change inversely effect my health?
No, it will not affect your health, but you can face difficulty in getting up because it’s sudden.
I will suggest to wake up at 5 45am for 3 days then wake up at 5am.
