Woke up at 6 am
Not an issue for me since I’m still recovering so I don’t want to strain again and fall ill…tomorrow/day after I’ll go back to 5 am. I can easily do it, since I have been doing it for years, but sometimes wisdom is knowing when to stop pushing and say no.

Today I woke up late and it makes me feel like shit.

Absolutely right brother, Waking Up late feels like shit.
Also, When we wake up late, then we go to bed late.
Even if we try to sleep early it’s seems impossible. The urges arises and we face difficulty.
