I was up at 7:30 am
Keep trying bro! Its hard i know, but we have to keep trying to make it habit!
Day- 2
Will try my best to go to sleep early today !
I’m making a change of strategy
Will do it before 6:30 am instead of 5:30
And I also need to decide the routine and stuff because if I don’t do this waking up early would be useless
I’m planning to get exhausted during the whole day
That will certainly do it.
And if you’re sleeping during the day you shouldn’t. That messes up with the body clock
