Brothers, its been 33 hours of Fasting without food and 22 hours of dry fasting (no water , no food)… I didn’t feel hungry and tiredness… After i end my water fasting in 2 hours i am going to take a cold bath and go for a walk for 45 minutes… I have that energy… try it guys… Its good for health and noFap…Today i started alpha meditation…Added one more tick mark from my list :slight_smile:

I will do Kayakalpa yoga as well, which will convert our sexual energy into spiritual energy (Extracting the energy from semen and use it for longevity. Kayakalpa yoga will help us to maintain Celibacy as it wont let the sexual energy getting accumulated in us) . People with less sperm count should not do kayakalpa yoga if they want to have child…

Guys i want to share the advantages of fasting… Our body can do one of two things all the time. Either it will digest or it will heal our body… Trust me, our body has the capability to cure all the diseases including Aids( We can live safely as we can boost our immune power atleast if we can’t cure AIDS), cancer ( i heard many stories about curing this by fasting and natural foods) etc etc… But the problem is we shut down the immunity power by irregular food habits, by not taking natural uncooked foods, irregular sleep, leading irregular life style… When we do fasting, our body will stop the digestion and it will start healing process… Also the disease causing cells need food… They can’t live without food… But our good cells can survive without food… So all the disease causing cells gets destroyed while we fast… Also one T4 cells can kill 1000 cancer causing cells… When we do dry fasting once in 15 days atleast, these T4 cells gets its power back…Also during fasting our body converts the fat into energy to make us survive during fasting so all the fats will be burnt. This is the science behind fasting… Apart from that it will kill the urges, since no energy is left out after fasting so our urges will go away.

So please do fasting once in a week or atleast once in 15 days… Out of my 35 hours of total fasting, i didn’t take food for 35 hours and i didn’t take water for 24 hours… I can extend this as i heard many guys doing water fasting for a week… they are safe… Dry fasting, some people can do for 48 to 72 hours days… But i don’t want to take risk. So ending here with 35 hours of total fasting… Will take it for 36 hours next time…

BUT please take it slowly… First time start water fasting for 16 hours, then extend it to 20 hours, 24 hours… Then after some days start dry fasting for 16 hours out of total 24 hours of water fasting then extend it till 24 hours… i am repeating, Don’t start it all of a sudden. you will face worst consequences..

Procedure of ending the fasting is very very important… don’t take normal foods immediately… You should drink 1/2 glass of water with multiple small chips at first… Then after some time drink some more water like that… PLEASE GOOGLE FOR MORE INFORMATION IN WEB

Day 20
Atlast. I knew I was going to make it clean. Been using my sword against the dragon. Sometimes I get high urges but I know I have my sword by my side. It’s unbreakable , it’s making my will power stronger day by day.

  • Report of the day - had an productive day again. It’s all about little choices that keeps us moving towards our goal. Choices like writing 5 pages a day even though you don’t feel like it, waking up at 6 am even though you don’t feel like it. It’s necessary and needs to be done.

Successfully completed the fasting yesterday… I had very good stamina since i felt that i could extend the fasting… But i didn’t want to take risk. Hence i ended it… Added couple of more tick marks in the list of activities. Feeling happy…

:speaking_head: Suggestion for others to refrain from PMO:

If you have strong urges then, close your eyes, count from 5 to 1…
5…4…3…2…1 then react immediately on the activity that helps to stop fapping…

1)Remember the guilt you feel the last time you relapsed
2)Think , once you relapsed, you lose the whole effort you put for the NoFap till that time. You have to start it again. Think, about it.
3)Imagine after you relapse you feel uncomfortable to a random girl for no reason

Day 1

I’m going to be stronger by the day.

One thing I’m thankful for in my life is that I have siblings.

Progress for the day - clean day;

Number of urges defeated/practices completed - 0 urges, 0 practice

And, I relapsed Saturday late afternoon after 4 days, I tried to resist and I went out and played tennis with my brother, but it was too much and I hadn’t checked in. Yesterday I walked about 15 km and I was tired so it was a clean day with no urges, I will find some more activities for the weekends.

X-ual feeling is a kind of energy… Most of us are not aware of that they themselves trigger their arousal unknowingly… Mark my words, without mental purity nofap is not possible… It needs great awareness… When you focus on some activities, your xual energy should not get accumulated… X thoughts often tries to enter in the forms of girls.

Suppose you are walking on the street… You are seeing a girl. one of her body parts trigger you… You tend to watch that… It triggers the arousal…

You are browsing in web you watch a beautiful pic of a girl… you watch that… That is the trigger…

When you are with your friends or travelling, your mind thinks of a girl or you might think of a particular parts or something in lust about a girl…

There it starts… If you find a way to stop this immediately, the VERY FIRST moment it starts… You can win this Fapping some 75% to 80%…

You should have enough awareness to pinch it out at the very budding stage… If you allow it, it will trigger your X energy… So your body’s hormones get triggered and it further takes that to next stage which is called urge. You should have some mechanism to disallow that thoughts to enter into/ to stop it at the very first moment… If you cross that initial stage, then you should face urges, then you have need to fight with that urges…That doesn’t work. You can kill the urge ONLY by releasing the accumulated X Energy… Fasting is the best way i believe… Unless and until you release that energy it will try to make you fap till it succeeds…That’s why people get blue balls, ejaculation in dreams etc etc This is what i experienced so far…

Rest of the 20% to 25% is natural call… You can fight with it by doing heavy exercises until you get very tired or you can fast for a day else don’t eat too much… Take less food, always keep you in hunger slightly…

So please make sure you maintain purity in thoughts… Have enough mind control not to proceed further when you get thoughts about girls(Even thinking of her beauty in a positive way) at the very budding stage… When you get ANY thoughts about girls, just stop it by using some mechanism… i use mantra technique… You identify what works for you and follow it…

Those who understand this clearly can continue their journey of nofap very easily…

Dear Friends, Happy to share with you that i reached 50 days of Nofap successfully with zero urges… This is my second highest streak out of 20 years of fapping…

I know this is not a big achievement as 2+ years of guys are there… This is nothing compare with that… But achieving huge things starts with small steps… This is one such step…

@teekay Brother, I pray you’re okay and your streak is intact. Good job in coming to the forum when you had an urge.

The urge-overcoming method which this challenge is built on works - I have used it nearly 1000 times myself.

There are also powerful methods to defeat urges which our brother @Wyatt is sharing every day.

Don’t be afraid of urges; they’re your opportunity to prove that you’ve grown since the last time. If you’re struggling, journal your thoughts. Think about how hard you’re working to break free and how painful Day Zero is. No one wants to be on Day Zero. That’s not a pleasurable experience.
