Guys, How long should we wait to reap the benefits of No-fap… Actually in my 90 days of No-Fap, i feel very few advantages… I haven’t felt super powers as many guys shared… Even i still face Brain-fog and carelessness. Guys any idea about this? Might be 93 days is no a big streak to feel the immense benefits?

But in YoutTube lots of guys shared different methods to convert the sexual energy into Wealth, Achieving goals etc…

First Law of Thermodynamics:
Law of Conservation of Energy , states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed ; energy can only be transferred or changed from one form to another.

Anyone has any idea on converting the Sexual energy into wealth and other forms of energies… It is possible… But we dunno how to convert it…

Anyone who find the answer can go great heights in their life…

Keep going brother, you’re on your way to breaking past your highest streak and experiencing true freedom!

Your streak is definitely high enough to feel the benefits. The energy is sitting within you right now, you need to use it and act! Remember your daily activities and work on self-improvement - it doesn’t matter that your car is full of fuel if you don’t drive it anywhere.

This post has very good advice about how you’re feeling:

@HappySoul Realize that no matter what happens with your studies, you will make it out okay. Even in the worst scenario, you will still be able to live a meaningful life. There is nothing to worry about there.

Then re-examine your study plan. Has it covered everything you need to achieve your study goals? If yes, then don’t worry - stick to the plan. If not, then don’t worry, amend the plan until you’re confident in it. Either way, do not worry, worrying doesn’t serve you - it steals from you.

@Backincontrol Good job in getting right back on track brother. Examine what led you back to the relapse. Take another look at your reasons and remember how much this addiction has taken from you. Remind yourself why you don’t want to go back there.

Thanks a lot @Forerunner brother Nice one !!

Guys, I have struggled for 20+ years of Fapping. After several failures, by God’s grace, found a method to deal with lustful thoughts. Guys, i feel really happy to share that all these 90 days i haven’t got even a single urge. But several times when i walk alone the road seeing beautiful girls with "modern exposing kind of " dresses, the urge just knocks the door. The very first step of NoFap. But most of the guys don’t take it seriously about this door knock. This is the place you’ve got to be careful. Just chant some mantra or any words, keep on chanting till the very first thought on girls gets DESTROYED. If that mantra is something related to spirituality, that would be more beneficial. Because subconsciously in our mind SPIRITUALITY, GOD are wired with purity. So this works.

To be frank, I am not a kind of guy who has high level of self control and I was a kind of guy who lost my mind easily when i was in urge. Even i am able to travel for these 91 days. I AM SURE EVERY ONE CAN.

GUYS, HERE IS THE MANTRA OF SUCCESS IN LIFE… TRY…TRY…TRY… NEVER EVER GIVE UP…

THIS is applicable for NOFAP as well…

By mistake if you let the thoughts about girls IN, it will be converted to urge… Here you have to release the sexual energy by Fasting, meditation, Hamsaaa breathing yoga, Kayakalpa yoga or anything you know….Everything I shared several times in our group. Please refer, if you need.

Guys, i am sure that once these accumulated sexual energy is not released, DEFINITELY IT WILL END UP IN FAPPING FOR SURE…

Many many thanks to our brother @Forerunner and other brothers who helped in these journey of 90+ days.

But its just a beginning, still lots i have to travel… I know guys who fall on the trap again even after 2 to 3 years of No-Fap…

We should not be over confident in this. Each and every day we should spend as it is our first day in the journey of NoFap.

All the Best Guys…

@Forerunner Thank you for the advice! I have reduced studying goal to 10+ minutes on emergency days. Today, much of the time went in updating internet security. So, today I need to study less to check “:white_check_mark: Studying Goal Achieved”. I should not worry much about it. The plan is already good.

@Forerunner: The relapse was due to a very particular sexual fetish that I have developed due to usage of porn over the years. The movie only reminded my monkey brain of it and I lost all rational thought thereafter. Usually I am able to overcome the urges but I find a subconscious liking to a certain fetish hijacks my brain and I am willing to edge or just satisfy the curiosity. Which eventually (always) leads to a relapse.

What I am trying to do now (along with the practice) is have a more mature outlook on this particular fetish and how it is all in my mind. The fetish has no power in itself but it is my own fantasies that I have created in my head about it, that leads me to relapse.

Reporting day 2

One affirmation - Shame does me no good. Even though I have recently relapsed, I am a work in progress and the years of battle against this affliction makes me strong and confident of who I am and what I am capable of achieving.

I am thankful for - Family support.

Progress - clean day
