I’m having a hard-time.:sweat:
I had no motivation of doing anything positive today.
I’m still lying on the bed, fighting urges.

Week 2 ~ Monday

Early rise day 4 :+1:

Naturally woke at 6am.
I know I had some interesting dreams but can’t remember - hope to have a sharper, clearer mind.

Had a nice Sunday.
Emotionally moved at Mass, sang some beautiful music with my friends in the choir.
Went food shopping, kept aware, avoiding irritation-controlling thoughts- but simply allowing with a smile, life naturally unfolding.
And finally, spent the day with family, and had an early night.

Yep, I’d like a sharper, clearer mind and to be able to remember my dreams. To look beyond what’s going on, to accept life, and enjoy all the challenges as fun.

My studies have disrupted my sleep cycle.

Got very strong urge while watching a movie alone yesterday. But i handled it barely. There are x rated scenes even in normal movies now. Need to be more careful from now on.

Movies, tv-shows, even anime, literally anything we want to watch has some extent of nudity.

It’s become normal trend now. They need views.
Adult scenes, adult jokes, & body-exposing brings them quite some.

Alarm at 8am, *snooze.
This group was in mind and I got up at 8:20

Waiting on others, work starts in a few hours.

The thought came “go to Mass”
“No, I don’t want to”
“Right!!! Yes I’m going”
Showered and went :+1:

The rest I can’t put into words.

Check in Thursday
Woke up at 6am.

It was raining this morning, weather was chilly so everyone was sleeping. I was feeling lazy too but i still woke up at 6Am. It was easy coz i am waking up early continuously since few days. My family members are still sleeping while i am writing this post.
Its strange kind of good feeling since i used to sleep late and family members used to nag/complain me but this time i can do the same since i am on the other side. Haha. Anyways its a good feeling.
So guys like sleeping , waking up early is also a habit and it becomes easier with time. Try it.

I wanted to ask you, do you feel drowsy during the day? Or tired?

First few days i felt little drowsy bcoz i was not accustomed to this new habit but later it became fine. The thing is you have to wake up at the same time even if you don’t want to. The body takes 21 days approximately to form a new habit.

Very long day working until 2am,
Late night, late morning,
alarm at 8am *snooze, wake at 9am

The important for me is to not have idle time, but a practical routine and Check-in every morning.
