Ok bro i am also struggling to wake up at 5am. I can understand you. But try to wake slightly earlier one step ata time.

Thursday- Day 1 again :tada:
Woke up at 4 am
With coffee,
20 min piano smashing,
10 min meditation,
Studies.

I’m completely avoiding napping during the day.
I want to modulate & restrict my sleep to only
10pm-4am each day :grin:
Preparing for day 2 :muscle:

8 am or 5 am, anytime before your normal schedule utilised into personality development makes you an early riser :+1:

Guess I will not be able to update my status everyday. As I feel one of tenets of nofap is to reduce the smartphone usage as well.

Love that you guys are doing this.
Three big tips:

  1. Sleep on the floor. When your alarm starts, you wont want to hit snooze and stay on the floor. You’ll get up.
  2. Download the app Alarmy. Have it so that you need to take a photo of your floor blanket folded and tucked away in order to turn it off.
  3. Have going outside be a part of your daily early rise routine. If you can make it for sunrise, do that.
