Is it social anxiety or anxiety about study/career? Actually PMO makes us more anxious, if this is the cause of your relapse then it’s probably a vicious cycle. If it is social anxiety than have the belief that you will become more confident after quitting PMO; if it’s anxiety about future, i suggest practicing meditation and self-affirmation, try your best and you have nothing to lose :sunglasses:

Social anxiety, but it is not comes from PMO. İt comes from being just 173 cm :frowning: i had a long distance relationship and i told her im 188 cm (because i had to dont ask) and trying to not meeting her now :frowning: im having these issues for more than 5 years. So it drove me not meeting anyone and start masturbation.

Bro i don’t think height is a serious issue tbh, I’m just 170 (quite an average in Hong Kong), and many others are shorter than me and they are successful and have girlfriends. I don’t think height is really an issue if you are finding true love. It’s more about your inner quality, and the intimacy between each other. It’s sad that you’re addicted to PMO because of this. Be confident my bro, nothing in the outside can hinder your light shining within. Cultivate your inner power, others will come naturally :muscle:t2:

@megadeth_33 Giving up is not an option here mate…if you think to avoid doing certain actions then in the place you are doing other actions… You cannot escape from doing actions like getting frustrated, dissappointment are also a kind of actions so instead of choosing random choose the right actions wisely.

Temptations, addictions, distractions none of these can be avoided if you do not have a great central purpose in life to love.
Never be spread out and scattered, rather always be concentrated densely at one place.
Always believe that you are destined to be the highest and to reach the greatest spot possible.
No place is your final destination, when your eyes firmly set on greatness then all kind of distractions will appear very childish.

  • Remember your actions should emerge from selfless love then see from where your works are done and yeah nofap will become a byproduct of your work, you no longer need to chase nofap it will just come to you.

Success does not lie in doing any random thing.
Choose the right thing to do and in that lies success, in that lies imidiate success.
Imidiate success implies that you have been successful right in the moment of the choice itself, you dont have to wait for the outcome.
Infact if you have to wait for the outcome to determine whether you have been successful or not then you are already unsuccessful choose the right option, make the right decision, fight the right battle.
And now it doesn’t matter whether you win or not because you are already victorious.
Victory lies in choosing the right road to walk.

Enjoyment is Key to Success… Dive into the flow, immerse yourself into it such that you even forget about yourself.
Hardwork is not Key to Success.

Okay guys, I have a plan that will be awesome for everyone here. This might sound stupid, but it might work. Our fap schedule April:
Fap once April 10th
Fap once April 20th
Fap once April 30th.
No fapping except in those three days. It will give your brain an excuse to push through to a huge streak, since you can convince your brain that fapping will feel better if you only fap on those days. For many of us here, 3 times a month would be a massive improvement, and we can collectively begin naturally overcoming this addiction step by step. This is exactly how I do dopamine detox, is I only consume dopamine inducing content on Saturdays, and it convinces my brain that for example watching YouTube on only Saturdays would make it more enjoyable since it is more special. I used this method, and was successful in my dopamine detox cycles for 3 months straight. I never broke a dopamine detox cycle except for on Saturdays to date.

But, there is one condition, NO PRON.
