couldnt accomplish most of the things today , I was quite lazy . Will try to be serious as before tomorrow . @BlackMagic123 , if I dont complete my main 5 tasks tomorrow , cut off all my points from the table .

  1. Following through nighttime detox (starting 11:15 pm): By this habit I meant to not delete my scheduled detox, which I didn’t so no access to phone but I did watch some shows on laptop so not putting a tick here, no laptop either now on.

  3. Studying at least 6 hours: 3.5 hrs

Hi everyone! Time to count!

  1. :white_check_mark: get up at 5.30 a.m.
  2. :white_check_mark: walk at least 3 km, walked 9km!
  3. :x: less than 2 hours/day of the screen time. Miserably failed! 4 hours, 25 minutes! :rofl:

  5. :white_check_mark: 10 minutes to myself

Have real difficulties to go to bed on time… maybe I should add an extra habit about going to bed earlier…

Finished a big personal project for my portfolio yesterday… I was very productive, but didn’t complete my habits :sweat_smile:

You only get 5 points if you complete all your extras but if you didn’t complete all your extras then it you will not be getting any points.

I’ll do some edit to my daily tasks -

  • discord is deleted so one extra task is removed , in place of that I’ll like to do pencil sketching .
    I remember , I used to be fantastic in sketches until I got into addiction was started to waste all day either onto pmo or other useless stuff , I had music as a talent which I lost because of PMO . But I’ll not let this talent go down , I’ll practice a bit of sketching daily from now . I might not be able to do it everyday but I’ll try to .
