2nd day (21th of may)

Wake up at 7:30 or earlier :white_check_mark:

Working out :white_check_mark: (resting a bit. Only making warm-ups)
Reading :white_check_mark: (again wasn’t reading as much as I wanted, because I’m too tired)

  5. Daily Workout at gym (except on Sunday)

Heya all! What’s up? I hope you feel charged to aim for the better you!
My day was really good, despite I was afraid, that I won’t able to do all the things I wanted. So -

  1. :white_check_mark: wake up at 6!
  2. :white_check_mark: walk at least 3 km (probably went 4 or 5)
  3. :white_check_mark: stretching for 10-15 minutes
  4. :white_check_mark: 10 minutes to myself
  5. :white_check_mark: screen usage 2 hours or less.
    You give me extra discipline! Thank you!

Day 3 (22th of may)

  1. Reading :negative_squared_cross_mark: (was technically reading, but not the book I planned, so it doesn’t counts)
  2. Waking up at 7:30 or earlier :negative_squared_cross_mark: (I couldn’t get up early because I went to bed too late)
  3. Learning a language :white_check_mark: (was learning it a bit. a lot of time today was spent on things that are not related to habits, but still important.)
  4. Working out :white_check_mark: (same as learning a language…)
  5. Meditating :white_check_mark:

You might have not heard from me last 2 days . I was actually off station for a family function so I couldnt report here nor it was possible for me to follow the schedule . I came home at 12 noon today . Will start the challenge from tomorrow and report here thereafter . Now , I will be regular and wont take any breaks . Got 22 more days before reopening

Better than yesterday though, just 6 points. I think playing guitar 30 min is useless because it is always cross there I think I should add Completing 5000 steps rather which I completed today.
I hope to do better tomorrow.

If you want to learn guitar, go for it, it’ll be a good productive thing and you’ll engage your brain to learn something new.
If you already know how to play and just wanna chill, then it’s not necessary to make it a habit.

Actually my guitar is top of my shelf where my books are. So all the time it is not front of me so I tend to ignore it and whenever I start playing it gets exhausting guitar is not easy to learn but I want to learn just enhance my skills.

So decrease the minimum time, 30 minutes is quite a lot in beginning, toh kam time rkho, that way you’ll be able to go for it regularly.

So, the new week has started!

  1. :x:Wake up at 5.30 - forgot to set my alarm clock
  2. :white_check_mark: streching for 15-20 minutes
  3. :white_check_mark: walk at least 3 km
  4. :white_check_mark: 10 minutes to myself
  5. :x: phone screen time less than 2hours/ day (2hours and 5 min :joy:)
