My day was really good, despite I was afraid, that I wonât able to do all the things I wanted. So -

- walk at least 3 km (probably went 4 or 5)
- stretching for 10-15 minutes
- 10 minutes to myself

- Reading (was technically reading, but not the book I planned, so it doesnât counts)
- Waking up at 7:30 or earlier (I couldnât get up early because I went to bed too late)
- Learning a language (was learning it a bit. a lot of time today was spent on things that are not related to habits, but still important.)

You might have not heard from me last 2 days . I was actually off station for a family function so I couldnt report here nor it was possible for me to follow the schedule . I came home at 12 noon today . Will start the challenge from tomorrow and report here thereafter . Now , I will be regular and wont take any breaks . Got 22 more days before reopening

Better than yesterday though, just 6 points. I think playing guitar 30 min is useless because it is always cross there I think I should add Completing 5000 steps rather which I completed today.
I hope to do better tomorrow.
If you want to learn guitar, go for it, itâll be a good productive thing and youâll engage your brain to learn something new.
If you already know how to play and just wanna chill, then itâs not necessary to make it a habit.

Actually my guitar is top of my shelf where my books are. So all the time it is not front of me so I tend to ignore it and whenever I start playing it gets exhausting guitar is not easy to learn but I want to learn just enhance my skills.
So decrease the minimum time, 30 minutes is quite a lot in beginning, toh kam time rkho, that way youâll be able to go for it regularly.
So, the new week has started!
- Wake up at 5.30 - forgot to set my alarm clock
- streching for 15-20 minutes
- walk at least 3 km
- 10 minutes to myself
