- Following through nighttime detox (starting 11:15 pm)
- Gratefulness journal before sleeping
- Studying at least 6 hours: Did about 2hrs till now, will study for about 1 hr more but it wonât complete 6 hours anyway , will do better tomorrow.
- No daytime nap, meditating instead.
- No sugar: Had sugarcane juice, but itâs natural so doesnât count

Since everyonw has different total number of habits scoring can be done using percentages.
Like I completed 4 out of 5 tasks today so 80%
So everyday total can be 100, and we can add total at the end of the month to create total score and ranks.

Better than yesterday. I kinda felt lonely today because I have no one around me at same class or same thought process. People those are my friends behave like Aunties on road. I want things to get better but I have to live like this. Really want to get lost somewhere for some days

1st day (20th of may)
- Wake up at 7:30 or earlier ('cause I only joined this challenge after waking up :,D )

- Reading (wasnât reading as much as I wanted, but there wasnât time to long session of reading)

- Playing guitar (Iâm lacking time for it. But Iâll try my best to play tomorrow!)

Its happens when you get tired . I used to sleep 3-4 hours in afternoon then be awake at night. So i stopped having afternoon sleeps. But today i was sleep deprived so slept 3 hours.

So Iâm taking a complete detox from these all social medias. My wake up and bed time schedules are making me more tired. Today i was very sleepy on day time. Usually i dont sleep in the afternoon because i will oversleep, but i got a new roommate and she switches off all the lights and closes the curtains after college. So today the room was so nice and dark and the weather was also really good so i decided to sleep
