Had to take my father to the emergency in the morning. Then had to do many things because of that. It was a break on the routine, but it was something impredictable. This things happen, itâs alright. Heâs better now, but Iâll have to spend the day with him at the hospital tomorrow too so no habits tomorrow too.

Please divide your habits into two parts
- Main habits - Main habit consist of your habits in top of your priority list. It can only be upto 5 habits not more than that.
- Extras - These habits consist of those which are not important but you wanna follow it.

Heya, @BlackMagic123 ! I want to join this challenge as well! I am terrible with productivity I hope, it will give me extra motivation
So, my list is:
- Walk everyday, at least 3 km.
- Wake up at 5.30 a.m.(on weekdays) and 6 a.m. (on weekends)
- Do streching for 15-20 minutes
- 10 minutes to myself
- Cut the phone usage to 2 hours/day
I havenât any extras, so will stick with these 5.
