Besides what I failed yesterday it was a really productive day.
tbh , I couldnt fall on my expectations today . My mind is completely messed up maybe for a part of flatline but it just feels like someone has put a metal ball inside my head which disrupts everything . It almost is a feeling I get when I relapse idk for what sake it is happening today . I could only manage to fulfil meditation twice a day and 30 mins book reading . I feel like hell now .I want my mind to stay silent for fu*kās sake else Iāll need a pschychatrist .

8. Playing guitar 30 minsā
9 Sleeping at 10:30ā
10. Praying + Hanuman chalisaā
11. Not sleeping in the afternoonā
Most of them are crosses but will try to do better from tomorrow.
Day 1
Messed up a bit with sugar consumption, will take care tomorrow.
Maybe just fix number of tasks, like 5 or 6 top priority tasks that people want to consider being marked in scoring system.
I started No sugar and I kinda said no many things like churma but I want make a no sugar streak since no main festival going on so i can continue it.
