He has neet exam in few days, I think thatās why.
I am up for this challenge bruh.
Iāll update my habits by night and start tomorrow.
With this challenge I will focus on few habits in which I am struggling to be consistent.
Neet is 2 months away. Neet requires syllabus of both 11 and 12th which is huge. I think sleeping is 7 hours is necessary otherwise your body is gonna shut down. But you can achieve studying 15 hours. But at the end itās his choice.
Bro itās only for a 50 days and I will try my best. On Sundays I will sleep for 6 hours. I know itās not good for health. But thatās my situation. Iāve to do it. Otherwise die do or die challenge.

Thatās true determination right there . Keep hardworking bro but take care of your health too , sleep affects the mental health as well . Here I skip a few hours of sleep , the other day , I feel lazy , sleepy , unproductive and cloudy . More because I am not used to it , its just been a few months but yeah you should take care of yourself and you have the best wishes for your goal from our side (: , may you achieve all your dreams .
Well in that case I can say only one thing
Get your stock of coffee and get to studying , thereās no way you are gonna survive with this less sleep without coffee.

My habits for this challenge:
- Following through nighttime detox (starting 11:15 pm)
- Gratefulness journal before sleeping
- Studying at least 6 hours a day
- No daytime nap (looked for some tips on this, Iāll be meditating when I feel sleepy in the day instead of taking a nap)
- No sugar
@BlackMagic123 we should also keep some point system for this challenge, like whoever follows through all habits gets some points for that day, just an advice think about this.
I will try to make a point system, I need to work on this challenge more to make it competitive. Thanks for suggestions.

Habit list:
- Waking up between 6 and 7 AM;
- Prayer and positive affirmations;
- Going out into nature;
- Reading at least 30 min a day;
- Stretching everyday and working out at least 3 times a week;
- Study -1+ hour a day;
- No bluelight after 9 PM;
- Meditate;
- Sleeping between 10~11 PM.

Try giving people choice which task should be given highest then lower then lower. In such way people know which task gives how much point
