Okay, it is getting worse!

  1. Getting up 5.30 a.m :x: 5.45 a.m.
  2. Walking at least 3 km :white_check_mark:

  4. 10 minutes to myself :x:
  5. Screen time, less than 2hours/day :white_check_mark:

I am lacking of sleep apparently… but can’t make my way to bed earlier. I feel stuck in general! :roll_eyes:

Overall productive day. But there is planty of space for improvement. Today I was inspired enough to write a poem. Haven’t written in a very long time. Keep going, everyone!

Same thing is happening to sleeping in afternoon messes sleep cycle. I slept late yesterday and woke up late today. My habits, sleep cycle have gone really down.

Yeah. I’m trying to become a professional illustrator. This week I posted a piece that I really worked hard on and it got little repercussion. That got me down yesterday. But no more wining :sweat_smile: today is another day and I’ll keep drawing, training, and getting better

Better than yesterday of course but felt less motivated because woke up late and need to regulate my Rewire and other social media usuage. I had urges but fought with and didn’t relapse. Hope tomorrow would be a better day

Another day!
Despite I’ve woke up as grumpy as that famous cat, the end of the day got much better!

  1. Wake up at 5.30 a.m :x: not a thing, 5.45 was my start, couldn’t get out of bed earlier

  3. Streching for 15-20 minutes :white_check_mark:
  4. Screen time 2 hours/day :x: 3 hours 15 minutes…
  5. 10 minutes to myself :white_check_mark:
