Waking a little tired today. Iām a little anxious and this is preventing me to sleep well.
I had to grant favors for my sisās business and so I didnāt accomplish most of my main habits. Nonetheless, I hope to continue this challenge and further improve Julyās entry.

Although I really need to work on this sweeping the floor discipline, almost never did it
So the day was fine I woke up early and went outside and it was raining here and after that the temperature came down. Also I peeked a little bit I know itās the first day of the month and I wanted it to be good but somehow it happened. I am studying so less these days literally procrastination. I am gonna improve day by day.
@The_integrous_one and @monkme. Iāve got a surprise for you guys. Itās just a little reward, I know it wonāt be any use but I hope you guys appreciate it. If anyone else want it. Just be consistent with habits this month. Thanks guysāØ

The effort you are putting in this challenge is commendable.
And I am feeling even more motivated this month because of this challenge thatās why I added 2-3 extra habits which I used to hace earlier but I gave up on them because they felt difficult to handle.
Well according to rules you deserve one, so if I wanted to discriminate that wouldnāt be fair.
I just want you or anybody else to improve day by day.
every hour i log on to this app to read entries, read a Brahmacharya book, a prayer, motivation tiktoks, ten handgrips, one stand to stand bridge and then i walk outside. i created this ritual and with its completion im porn free. 24 hours of this doesnāt fit for pmo.

Although I got second place this month, I would like to say that it is really difficult for me to maintain habits and routines. So sign me in for this month, I still need a lot of practice!
