I am glad that you guys are a part of this challenge and contributing to this thread every day.
I am thankful for that.
As you recognize this challenge is here to improve your daily lifestyle and give you a bit of competition.
This is a post to tell you guys that I am adding some rules.
So letâs start with NOFAP. As you guys know Nofap gives a boost to productivity and from now you will be allotted points too for that.
Nofap Point system-
Everyday PMO free will give you 3 points
Relapse will deduct your points. If youâve relapsed then you will have -5 points
Peeking will be -1 point.

Starting my new job today. Happy and scared at the same time.
Iâll add a new extra habit, not playing games on computer. Unfortunately I struggle to control myself between working and gaming, so Iâll try stopping it for a while and see if it increases my work focus.
