If anybody completes his/all 5 Main Habits then he/she will be rewarded with 10 points.
If anybody competes all his Extras(if you have) then he or she will be rewarded with 5 Bonus points
Note - Bonus points will only be rewarded when he/she has completed all his Main Habits
If anybody has completed 1,2,3,4 then he will be rewarded with 2 points, 4 points, 6 points and 8 points respectively.

Habits Study 15 hours No youtube and Safari No day time sleep Wake up at 3.00 am Sleep at 11.30 pm @BlackMagic123 this is my habits, pls let me know if these habits won’t go.
My daily habits for this challenge will be as follows
Waking up at 6 am
30 min workout
Study 5 hours or more
30 minutes book reading
Meditation twice a day
Discord for not more than 15 minutes
No other social media
Habit list
1- post here on rewire forum when waking up
2- sweep floor
3- daily sketch drawing (30mins)
4- work on my comissions
5- work on my personal projects
How are you gonna survive on just 3.5 hours sleep a day? . That’s not wise bro. Minimum to minimum it should be 6 hours. And even if it goes upto 8 or so, it’ll only be beneficial for physical and mental health.
For exam time 7 hours is optimal for good performance, your mind won’t be able to grasp what you study if you take this less sleep, problem solving ability also decreases.
