Not able to focus on deep work as much as I want to. Because the basketball practice makes me tired so I donβt get to wake up as early as I wish. Yesterday I played 3 matches for 3 hours, so was very tired.
The thing is, I am also testosterone boosting using natural methods like cold exposure and so on. Lot of smaller methods I use but together I have felt the effect a lot. Lots of energy and drive. But if I donβt use it I will end up relapsing because the energy is too much. Iβve got to be careful and more outgoing even though Iβm much better than I used to be.
Just had a moment yesterday when I remembered how I was when I first joined this college and how I am now. So many people were better versions of themselves when they joined the college and now ruined it due to their excess freedom. Dating and drinking and partying and such. Iβm the opposite, Iβm a lot better now. Mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
Most of all (I do not want to come across as proud) I am proud of that small thin boy who chose to workout at home during NEET prep. Even though it was starting with just 3kg dumbells he was consistent and regular. And year by year, the progress has reached to where my friends are saying their goal in the gym is to look like me. All Godβs grace.
You are special, bro. Do not let your bad days drag you down. I have known you for four years, and there are not many people about whom I can say that I have seen a future βGREATβ in them. But in your case, I have never even had any doubt that you are born to be a βGREATβ. Continue being who you are, man. Because you are the best. Continue struggling and Iβm certain youβll get where you want to be.

Oh. Most users of this forum are class toppers, school toppers, iit, upsc, mbbs⦠And they r disciplined and toppers since their childhood. At some stage of their life they think they lost their potential in their life and stand out again to quit bad habits like pmo, social media and start waking up early, try to be disciplined , brahmachary things and gym. Unlike others, 99.99% of ppl thinks pmo is not bad. I searched side effects of pmo yesterday, i cant find any such vids, if it is , comment section is filled with debates. Glad i found this forum and iam also one of u all.
We r all not only fighting against pmo but changing our daily habits and thoughts for best future.

Todayβs plan is pretty simple. Go to Church. Come back and rest for a bit, then study. Evening again I get to go out with friends to the beach, then bowling, grab some dinner and get back. What I really want to do is try to hit at least 2 hours of deep focus today even amidst all of this. And also meditate. Iβve really been slacking on that of late.

Need to be more disciplined.
Added a new habit : self care. Wonβt add any more habits until the 30 days are up.
Day after tomorrow I have a basketball tournament. Wonβt be able to study much today since Iβll have practise. Tomorrow will be rest day so Iβll study more tomorrow.

as you can see I achieved most except 2. But thatβs fine. Iβve got to focus more on basketball at the moment since I have a tournament day after tomorrow. practise takes time. I will elaborate more in your diary.

Unfortunately I was using instagram app recently. Saw some triggering images. I donβt think its worth it, so will delete the app again.
Iβd downloaded it because I needed it for some college fest work. Everything is on instagram; but its fine. I can use it on the browser alone it makes a lot of difference.
I donβt think Iβll start the Avatar challenge again at least for the first half of October. No time or energy to deal with it. Lots of events coming up will keep me busy. Maybe second half of October I will get the time but until then Iβve a lot of things going on. Am glad that @Binocular is there to handle the scoring and all. Without him I wouldnβt even consider having a season two.
May I can know, that how to get to central or state level meant to say that where to register?
