I will update everything in my diary

I wwill join the challanges again as soon as i get my lost motivation back!

Bro I think thatā€™s a good idea. Take some time off challenges, and try to find your rythm again. Learn from your past mistakes and plan out different strategies. Try out new things that might keep you motivated and happy. Without the added pressure of challenges, I think youā€™ll get your flow back on. All the best bro!:muscle::muscle::muscle:

Bro, donā€™t spend too much time in the forum as well. I think you are focusing too much on not watching porn and that is very dangerous.
Just focus on your goals and works of life. Then make a strong commitment that whatever pain happens in life I will not pmo. Pain, struggle, depression, anxiety; they are all part of life. You can do this
